Transfusion Medicine specialists who keep their patients’ safety first and go that extra mile to adopt the latest advancement in blood safety- “Individual Donor Nucleic Acid Test (ID-NAT)”, are the true “Torchbearers” in their field. These “Torchbearers of Blood Safety” from across India came together under one roof at the recently concluded ID-NAT Conclave 2019, at Gurugram.

With the theme of “Blood Safe India 2020”, we participated in TRANSMEDCON Mumbai. Through this platform we reached out to Transfusion Medicine specialists from all across India, to raise awareness about blood safety.

In line with our vision to make blood safer for all in India, we collaborated with JLN hospital on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, to raise awareness about blood safety amongst clinicians, healthcare workers, and blood donors.

In yet another step towards making blood transfusions safer in India, we raised awareness during our presence at the UPPATHCON conference, conducted by J.N. Medical College and Hospital, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.

Hemogenomics joined hands with the Indian Society of Blood Transfusion and Immunohaematology, to spread awareness about the role of ID-NAT in ensuring blood safety during the TRANSCON 2019 conference, conducted in November 2019 in Jalandhar.
